Puppy for Christmas...

A few months ago, I was in the car with Sam, driving her to school, when we had this conversation...
Sam- "Mom, I want a puppy."
me- "Oh yeah?"
Sam- "Yeah.  I want a puppy.  Or a baby.  Or a puppy."
me- "Which would you rather have?  A baby or a puppy?"
Sam- "Hmmmm.... I'd really like a baby puppy in your tummy!"

Well, Sam, there is no puppy in there, but there is a baby.  Baby Bishop the fifth will be joining our family in July.  Everyone is ecstatic and we're split pretty even on if we want a boy or girl.  Team Tom (wants a boy...) - Alix and Brooke.  Team April (wants a girl...) - Erin and Sam.  So either way, we're bound to be happy... ;)  So which "team" are you on?

And to demonstrate how good we are at this, here is some of the prior cuteness that we have blessed the earth with...
Brooke
 Alix and Erin
 Sam

  2. Congratulations!!! How absolutely exciting. I'm on team April because you rock at raising girls... But statistically it has to be a boy. Congrats again! :)

  5. Boy or girl, it is bound to be adorable. Let's just hope it isn't a puppy. :)

  6. Woot woot! I'm team April and Ben's team Tom. I guess we'll get to find out in the next few months! Either way he/she will be adorable and will have lots of older sisters to be spoiled by. Plus he/she will have the world's #1 mom so what's not to love about that?

  9. Congratulations!! You are amazing, I don't think I could do five:) You know, biologically with every baby you have of the same sex, you're chances of having the opposite sex get lower and lower and lower... your chances of having a girl is almost guaranteed at this point! I love little girls!! I can't wait to hear if you beat the odds or not!

  10. I'm a fence sitter on this one! I absolutely love your girls!!!!! If Sam wants a little sister, then I hope she gets one; however, after saying that I think she'd be a good big sister to a little brother too. ;p It would be nice to have a boy so that Tom's family name will continue... I guess it's a good thing that Heavenly Father is the one to make the decisions about which spirit would benefit most from being born into your wonderful family! Congratulations!!!!!!!!
